HOW DOES THE SIZING WORK?
As designer, Manon uses manufacturers that apply the international standard for grading and tolerances which allow for slight variances between garments. Our blocking is set as a Custom Manon Size based off of a North American Medium or Size 6 and graded up or down within the standard as acceptable. Our sizing although consistent will therefore appear to fluctuate slightly between styles. All styles are designed for an accurate fit and generally fit small. If you are ordering anything that has a "tailored" fit, please order a size up or be prepared for a snug fit.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
When you see an item you like, click on "Add to Cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on “My Cart”, located at the top right section of the screen or “Check Out”, located at the bottom right section of the screen and confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, then select your check out method by logging into your account / sign up as new customer / express check out may be available. Fill in all the required fields and complete your order.
Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
After you click “submit order” an email confirmation will be sent to you.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
For CDN$ purchases, we accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal through your PayPal server or through our process server "Square". Electronic Invoicing can be sent to your phone if requested through firstname.lastname@example.org, to which we will reply the same business day. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. Your order is placed and your card is debited or charged immediately. If credits are requested prior to shipping there is no fee.
HOW DOES PRICING / CURRENCY WORK?
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars. Your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate automatically.
WHERE DOES MANON SHIP TO? AND HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We ship with UPS or Canada Post standard ground shipping for all national orders in Canada and DHL for all International locations including the US.. Shipping is FREE for all national purchases over $100 (before tax), any orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $15 for shipping. FREE SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED ON SALE ITEMS. End of Season Sale or for any Sale - Shipping is calculated by piece based on shipping package weight of 2 KGs per piece automatically applied at order. Shipping Rates on Sale Items are $35/pc Canada, $55/pc US and $100/pc International for Standard Shipping by Postal carrier. Shipping to United States standard flat rate is $55, Express (2-5 business days)
Shipping Internationally carries standard flat rate is $100 for Express DH/piece.

LOST PACKAGES or WRONG ADDRESS DELIVERIES: MANON insures all packages for the value of the purchase and you will be reimbursed for the full value of your purchase (less Shipping) if the package is confirmed lost by the carrier. This process and time to complete is based on the carriers response. MANON will file a complaint of lost and recommends the consumer does the same based on the tracking information supplied. WRONG ADDRESS DELIVERY is the responsibility of the consumer.. Both MANON and the consumer will file a complaint with the carrier using the tracking information supplied by the carrier and all follow up is the responsibility of the consumer.
STOLEN PACKAGES: MANON is not responsible for any packages deemed stolen or misplaced. MANON requires a signature on all packages delivered to be obtained by the courier. Once a package is delivered and a signature is obtained our obligation is complete. However, MANON will file a complaint with the carrier using the tracking information supplied by the carrier and it is recommended the consumer also file a complaint with the carrier using the tracking information supplied by the carrier. All follow up to the complaint and satisfaction is the responsibility of the consumer.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most national orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise and destination. Orders shipped within two days of purchase should arrive to you within 10 days. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. Please note that your signature is required at the time of delivery. NOTE: Pre-orders will be shipped upon receipt of stock. Emails will be sent advising you of the expected delivery dates.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
After an unsuccessful attempted delivery, a notice will be left at your address informing you which UPS office it will be held at for the next 5 days. Your order will be rerouted back to our warehouse if it is not picked up within those 5 days. Any Item reshipped will incur additional shipping charges
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN THE STORE?
We DO NOT have a STORE FRONT. As a designer/brand manufacturer we sell online and through boutiques globally. If you would like to know if there is a boutique near you carrying our products please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

CAN I REFUND/RETURN A PRE-ORDERED ITEM?
All pre-orders are final sale. Items pre-ordered are ordered, cut, and made for you, therefore the item is final sale.
WILL I GET CHARGED FOR TAXES / DUTIES?
We are required to collect local HST sales tax in Ontario for all local orders. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
MANON cannot control and take responsibility for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
If you refuse a shipment from MANON, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our warehouse. his amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
DO YOU OFFER ANY PRICE MATCH / ADJUSTMENTS?
bymanon.com will honor discounts offered by other boutiques if the product is in stock and confirmed. Please email identifying the boutique and discount amount where you saw our product on sale. We will contact the boutique and confirm availability.
CAN I CANCEL / CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your order once it is placed. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES - ARE ONLY ACCEPTED ON ORIGINAL PRICED MERCHANDISE. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

It's simple! You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. These items must be in their original condition unworn, unwashed, not damaged with all original tags and attachments in place.. Any returns worn, washed, damaged, not in original condition, will be rejected. Returns made within 14 days of receiving your merchandise, will be inspected for approval, and you will be notified once the refund has been processed. Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed. While you wait for your return to be process. You can purchase the correct size/color/style you want for the exchange! Returns cannot be made in person in the store and must be shipped to our orders department.

WHY WAS MY ITEM REFUNDED AFTER MY PURCHASE?
Due to the uncontrolled online traffic, some items are ordered simultaneously by multiple customers and the system will process the orders as first come first serve. Therefore, item(s) ordered may become out of stock after the transaction was processed and will be automatically refunded by our system.
I FELL IN LOVE WITH SOMETHING THAT IS OUT OF STOCK! WHAT CAN I DO?
Simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the style name and size you want! Simple as 1, 2, 3 and we will send you an email as soon as we get more in. All of our products are made seasonally. Your exact color may not be remade unless the product is paid for in advance as a preorder. Once ordered we will add to our inventory request and advise when the garment has arrived. Manon extends manufacturing throughout the season, but once fabric inventories are depleted we must place new orders with the various mills to allow for inventory requirements. By placing your order it will ensure your new coat will arrive for the upcoming season.
CARE: MANON coats are DRYCLEAN ONLY. Orders received by courier or mail may require a LIGHT Steam application to remove wrinkles. For best results apply Steam while Hanging. PILLING: All of MANON's coats are made from delicate Vegan Cashmere and like real Cashmere are subject to pilling: Pilling is a surface defect of textiles caused by normal wear. It happens as wear points of fabric cause loose fibers to begin to push out from the surface of the cloth, and, over time, abrasion causes the fibers to develop into small spherical bundles, anchored to the surface of the fabric by protruding fibers that haven't broken. This can be removed anytime you have your coat professionally cleaned or you can complete the task yourself using a pilling razor. BUTTONS and OPERATIONS: MANON delivers a top quality coat with real metal dome shaped buttons mounted on a single shank and anchored where possible with a backing button for support. It is not uncommon in all coats, designer or otherwise, to experience button's that "pop off". This is largely caused by the friction between the metal button and the thread attaching the button, causing wear and the button to come off. MANON has taken extra care in the technical installation and securing of all buttons, but cannot be held responsible for buttons that may come off due to thread wear or button operation. As a guide, it is recommended that all buttons are operated with two hands, guiding a leading edge of the button through the hole with one hand and pulling the button through the hole with the other hand.
